Recombinant DNA Methodology This integrated laboratory and lecture course is designed to provide a solid background in standard molecular biology techniques. The course emphasizes the practical application of rDNA technology with clear explanations of the rationale behind differing approaches. The extensive laboratory portion of the course affords the participant an opportunity to perform a variety of classical and cutting-edge molecular techniques.
