Workshop Registration
Scientists who wish to enroll in one or more workshops are strongly encouraged to register as far in advance as possible. All tuition fees are payable in U.S. currency only. Tuition fees do not include lodging, meals, or travel-associated expenses. We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks, purchase orders, and American Express credit cards. Purchase order tuition payments must be issued in the full amount of the tuition. Full tuition is refundable up to 30 calendar days prior to the first day of each workshop. Exon-Intron reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop, without penalty, up to 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled first day of the workshop. In this unlikely event, a full refund of any tuition fees paid in advance will be issued.

Workshop Hours
Workshops begin at 9:00am each morning and generally conclude between 4:00 - 5:00pm, except for the last day of a workshop, on which we conclude by 2:00pm. Each morning the lab will open at 8:30am, at which time light refreshments will be available, and lunch is provided each day of the workshop. Participants are encouraged to bring a lab coat. Further, many investigators prefer to bring a seasoned, personal set of micropipettors. While there is no shortage of these instruments in the lab, it may be easier to work with a familiar set.

Travel and Accommodations
Several nearby hotels offer group rates to those scientists who enroll in any Exon-Intron workshop. Some of these hotels provide free daily shuttle service to and from our training facility. Full details, including directions to Exon-Intron, are issued upon registration. This information can be obtained in advance by email or by fax. The most convenient airports are Harrisburg International (MDT) and Baltimore-Washington International (BWI).
